As a passionate fitness enthusiast with a deep-rooted appreciation for the intricate workings of the human body, I’ve always been driven by the pursuit of maximizing its potential. My journey has been guided by a fundamental belief that understanding how the body moves and recognizing its inherent limits are essential steps toward achieving optimal fitness.

 

My unique approach to personal training is grounded in the principle that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I take the time to genuinely understand each individual, tailoring my methods to their specific needs and aspirations. Drawing upon my experiences in the Marines and the fire service, I’ve come to appreciate the critical role that fitness plays in our lives, both for physical well-being and mental resilience.

 

Beyond my dedication to fitness, I am a proud father of two boys, and my commitment to a healthy lifestyle is not only a personal endeavour but a family value. I firmly stand for fair-priced personal training, ensuring that everyone has access to quality fitness guidance. My ultimate goal is to empower individuals to discover their inner and outer strength, helping them unlock their full potential in pursuit of a healthier and happier life.

  • How many sessions should I be attending each week to see maximum benefits?

    Any amount of training is great, but by training regularly, at least three times a week, will contribute significantly to improving your fitness level.

  • Can I still do strength training even if I am overweight?

    Absolutely, strength training is suitable for anyone and everyone. Engaging in strength training by itself can aid in weight loss and contribute to the development of a healthier, more mobile you.

  • Am I too old to start training?

    The short answer is no. Regardless of your age, any form of training can assist in maintaining strength and mobility, as long as it is customised appropriately.
